"Paid them for a metal pole building which they had their construction crew put up in January of 2016. Now it's leaking. After several phone calls from me to them in past week and half first phone call telling me they will take care of it to me sending inside photos then more phone calls from me to then then asking for outside photos then they try to tell me I paid the construction crew screw separately. I did not I paid F. M. the money. I'm stuck finding someone to fix it and pay for repair. I never thought it would be leaking in 7 yrs."

"Well, first of all they are the best. I would recommend them to anyone anywhere. Their product is wonderful and their service goes way above what they are required to do. They have so much information and are so willing to tell you the truth about a product, they are not in it just for a sale. I got the burnished slate and the quality is so sturdy and beautiful. But here is really why I wanted to write a review. To tell the truth I rarely rite reviews good or bad......... but because they went so over board to help me with a problem that had nothing to do with their materials. I had to tell everyone that these people are so caring and kind to help even when they could say your on your own. Its your problem. BUT they DID NOT do that. That would have been the easy way but instead they bent over backwards to help me and they did help. These people are still the kind of people that believe in fair and honesty.
