"To be fair, the two employees there never stopped working. Obviously they are short-staffed. But they also never even glanced at the counter to see if someone wanted to place an order. After waiting a good 20 minutes to place an order, someone finally stopped to take it. I left with the two pizzas already in the oven, since I would have had to wait another 20 minutes for the pizzas I actually wanted. I never have had to wait this long before, and I have been there when the store was packed."
