Our founder and head coach, Michael Gaines, brings years of experience and numerous certifications to the table. Michael’s journey began in a typical big-box gym, where he saw firsthand the limitations of one-size-fits-all programs. Determined to do something better, he created The X—a place where personalized programs meet you where you are, right now.
