"I had to make an exchange after buying a dress on their website at the beginning in June, I called the store to see if I was able to bring it back they informed me that I was able to return it for store credit but didn’t say I had a time frame or anything. I went to ocean city this past weekend for the first time this season and had the return with me to get store credit, as soon as I walk in the door I’m rudely greeted by a younger women asking “are you making an exchange” to which I responded to yes and continued looking around the store. A minute later she comes over to me asking “so what’s the item your trying to exchange,” I said it was a dress I had bought about a month ago I just didn’t like how it looked on me because I’m on the thicker side and I pull it out and she’s like “unfortunately we don’t sell this anymore”. I responded okay but I bought it at the beginning of June, there was an older women who looked/seemed like she owned the shop and she’s like just give her store credit if they told her that on the phone then we have to honor it. But pretty much the only reason why I got my money back “store credit” is because the older women. The younger lady was not going to give me anything she was very rude with the entire interaction"

"My favorite and cutes shop in Ocean City, MD. Christina pours her heart and soul into this wonderful and unique shop. Every year they come up with something new. The team does a lot to ensure that people leave with quality goods and great experiences."

"I was really looking forward to visiting this boutique, and it did not disappoint! They have such cute, eclectic, and quality items, you could spend hours in the shop. The woman working there could not have been more pleasant, asking us where we were from, how long we were here, and being especially kind to my 9 year old daughter. We ended up buying matching bracelets, along with hair accessories and perfume / lip balm. My one complaint is that it is so difficult to narrow down your selections to just a few purchases! Coming to Ocean City MD is becoming an annual family tradition, and visiting this store is a definite addition to our vacation itinerary. Can’t wait to wear my items year round and reminisce/ anticipate my carefree, fun family vacations!"

"The atmosphere in the store is great. The build your own jewelry was a fun experience. It kinda stops there if you’re a plus sized woman - there was plethora of cute clothes but all in small medium and the occasional large. I’d recommend Salt & Co if you’re plus sized as there is a better selection there. Otherwise cute little boutique."
