"The food and experience of The Rib Room was incredible. The intimate atmosphere was perfect for our anniversary dinner and the food was Amazing! Thank you for a fantastic evening and we are looking forward to our next visit!"
"The rib room was amazing! We ordered wedge salads, the rigatoni, a king and queen cut of prime rib with the mushroom accompaniment and sides of creamed spinach and truffle fries. We finished with the baked Alaska. Portions were very generous so we ended up taking quite a bit home. Andrew was our waiter and very helpful with dietary restrictions and allergies. We will definitely be back."
"The is the epitome of a speakeasy meets classic old American steakhouse. Must have reservations, on seats 16 people. Very high end food and cocktails. The only meat on menu is cuts of prime rib and it is tremendous quality meat. The English and queens cut are boneless, kings cut had a bone. All items are a la carte. Bone marrow was tremendous and the lobster Thermidor didn’t not disappoint. This is a dining experience, it takes time so don’t be in hurry. This ain’t Longhorn. Service was first class. I couldn’t recommend this any more. Be aware however, it’s not free a meal for two absent any alcohol was $280. I’d pay it again in a second."
"Some others decide to go on a Rant regarding the prices or the pretentiousness of this experience. I 100% Disagree. The personal and attentive experience at many restaurants has been somewhat lost in this post-covid world. Being one of 16, with 2-4 servers for the room brings back that personal and attentive service that is lacking in many restaurants who will either not pay the best staff to stay or cut the staff to the bare bones. The Food: Simple. Good Quality. The Rigatoni Alla Vodka was probably the I have had. Lobster Mac n' Cheese - LOTS of Cheese. If they toned it down a little it would have been Excellent. The Prime Rib was delicious and brought back memories of the Old School Dining experience. I highly recommend."
"We went for opening night of the rib room and had an awesome time. Our dinner was delicious, the prime rib was cooked perfect and the wedge salad we had I could have eaten 3 of it was so good. Heads up it’s on the pricey (for Pittsburgh) side but the quality is definitely there and the services is some of the best I’ve had here."
