"The technician Troy was astonishing. He was fast and amazing. At the first time I visit, I couldn't get the windshield replacement service due to out of stock. However, Troy ordered the new windshield immediately and could get the replacement service on the next day. The estimated service time was 3 hours, but he finished and tested the safe drive in 2 hours. I highly satisfied and definitely recommend him to others. He is much better than safelife auto glass which I considered before the Glass America."

My inspection ran up the next day and the soonest I could get another company in was a week later . Major loss trying to use this company. At noon he came to downtown Pittsburgh and replaced it in forty minutes just like he said. No one wasted my time and the whole process was smooth and efficient."
