"Good store but they could work more on keeping it clean and stock with straws and cups. Plus, one or more of the slushy machines are down most of the time"
"Wonderful staff! And the sushi isn't bad. And it's fresh. All the food is good. Love this store!"
"They need armed security there late at night. I've stopped there 5 times a week for 2 years and I fear for the safety of the employees that work there. They are in danger every night cops get called multiple times a night for stealing acting up etc. The employees have asked circkle k for help and they get absolutely none from the corporation or managers. I literally always stop there on my way home from work at 3 am just to make sure they are safe and unharmed. Just Google the location and see all the news stories about this store and you'll understand what I'm talking about. Every other 24 hour store hires a security person to keep the employees and merchandise safe and unharmed/stolen. They have asked many many times for help with security and they get absolutely no help from management. The last general manager was fired for defending herself from a woman literally coming behind the counter and attacked her physically and she defended herself. They fired her for that. That place better get their stuff together and get security before another employee is either put in the hospital or killed. I can't say this enough. They need an armed security officer there especially at night if staying open for 24/7. Someone is going to get hurt again and fired again for defending a physical attack. I've seen all of this every night I stop there. I make it a priority to stop there even just to check that they are safe and unharmed. A customer has to do this because management is cheap and won't protect their own employees. I hope someone sees this that can and will help them. I can't be there some days and literally worry about their safety if I can't stop in. Also. Georgie is doing all the work she's a very nice older lady with way too much on her shoulders and shouldn't be doing heavy lifting and carrying trash out to a very unsafe dumpster in a very unsafe parking lot. Or sweeping the parking lots emptying trash cans out there or so many of the things I see her do. She's a very nice lady and very responsible and a great employee. Stop abusing and using her beyond what she's physically capable of doing. I'll keep writing reviews posting call the news stations whatever I can until your corporation or whatever you call it fixes these problems. And gets them a security guard. Circle k cares less about their employees safety then they do if the floor is mopped and side work is done. Thats heinous. Absolutely unacceptable. Whoever I need to speak with on this matter I will at length explain what I've seen and how much danger their employees are in every time they walk into work. I'm not gonna stop until CIRCLE K fixes this problem.!!!!! Corporate keeps complaining about losing money due to stolen merchandise. Hire security and you'll probably make alot more money and your losses will be far less the YPD won't need to be called 10 times a night and the security will literally pay for itself and actually help you make more money. Stop abusing your employees. I can't say this enough. This is a simple problem to fix. Get it together CIRCLE K before you have no employees for this store. Cause they are all about to quit because your corporation will not help them."
"Cashier lady behind register self checkout that work 11-23-23 roughly 11:30 PM very unprofessional poor customer service bad attitude .I will be contacting cooperate & store Manager on her !!!"
"I'm so tired of this circle K. I go almost every morning with my fiance, normally no problems. But today we decided to try the self check out (which is new) . So we put our stuff down and the older lady was being loud and explaining it, but snapped (practically yelling) at us when my fiance put his card in, "cancel it, take your card out!" So of course we had a bad reaction to that, I understood that the camera misunderstood our items. But she did not have to yell. - She wouldn't take a breather just kept talking extremely loud by my ear, I told her three times she was being loud and to take it down a notch. - Did not apologize, continued to talk extremely loud, just stood there over explaining, coming off as her trying to defend herself. "I just didn't want you to get over charged for anything". More like They didn't want anything stolen, which we go there pretty much every morning so why would we steal. "I'm naturally a loud person" was her defense instead of apologizing. - mentioned the other cashier is rude a lot of the times and instead of apologizing or trying to correct behavior she laughed and then stared at us instead of ringing out customers. - Not one time did we raise our voice. She handled that extremely poorly. She could've been much quieter and nicer, making the whole situation over exaggerated, making an unnecessary scene. - Let's not forget the random person lottering everyday, we're pretty sure he does not work there just hangs out with the two lady's every morning. This man also jumped into the conversation by trying to show us the machine doesn't ring things up the right way. (Which we understood that. That wasn't the issue it was her snapping and being unnecessary loud and rude that was upsetting us. Then her her spending a long time defending herself and over explaining) - point is we won't be going back to this location. Two older lady's who work the morning (or night shift leading into the morning shift) pretty sure one of them is a manager. Both have been rude in the past and today was the last straw. They need better manners."
