"Worst company that I have dealt with. I rarely post negative reviews but this company deserves minus zero stars. They lie about pricing, hate to answer patient concerns, constantly try to sell more and more unneeded supplies. Aside from billing insurance I wonder if comission is made by their employees for selling unneeded supplies. Call the patient over and over trying to make a sell. Anyone who says anything good about this company makes me wander if they are paid by the company, crazy, or delusional. If you have had a bad experience with this company please contact the Better Business Bureau and the West Virginia Attorney General Office."
"I absolutely love this company. I have never had an issue. Matter of fact I live in Upshur County and they brought me oxygen and kept in contact with me to see if I needed anything else. They are the best. Customer Service is very polite and helpful. If you had a bad experience maybe you should give them another try. People do make mistakes we are not perfect."
"Choose another company! From waiting 3 months for a cpap machine, to tons of calls for billing issues, this company has awful customer service. You have choices for healthcare. Don't make the same mistake I did."
"Healt (doesn't) care (problems, not) Solutions company charged my father for oxygen supposed to be covered by Black Lung fo 6 months. I finally had to help stop payments from the bank. They never reimbursed him even though they admitted their employee should not have asked for a check to attach to his account and he should not have been charged and they were wrong. They only looked at Medicare and not secondary insurance. Of course, the local Morgantown office states they are not responsible for what the corporate office does. Customer service is laughable! Hours are lost with no resolution at both local and corporate level. My Dad didn't know he should not have given them anything and they took advantage of him. Now they are saying they have lost their contract with UMWA, ie Black Lung, and he will have to start paying for oxygen (again). They have notified me, to which I have said tough luck! They should not pull his oxygen until someone else can provide it. They do not feel responsible, even though they lost credentials. Now they have called him and will pick up his oxygen after harassing him about need to pay. He does not understand and told them to come and get their machine which means he will go without his oxygen. He is on fixed income. They clearly prey on vulnerable people. I do not recommend. Attorneys are expensive and they know this. Law suits take time too! It's easier to harass people, which they do shamelessly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. In fact, RUN, don't walk away!"
