"My wife and I first walked into the dealership just to check out inventory on a rainy day. We spoke to Clay about always wanting a beautiful park model and currently having a leaky travel trailer. He and the rest of his family were super nice and extremely knowledgeable about all the popular brands. We were sold on where we would get our dream trailer. Fast forward 2 years later we drove up over winter and sat down with Clay and custom ordered our Canterbury SSL-SL. We made that choice for the large oversized loft for our four children. He spoke directly to the manufacturer with any questions or concerns that we had about the park model. He made us feel comfortable especially considering what a large purchase a park model trailer is for most. We received our trailer in the timeframe we were hoping for and Clay did everything in his power to make that happen. They had it set up and leveled in no time and I was sleeping in it on delivery day. Here’s the part that is the real difference at Harvey’s. We had a defective gas valve on the hot water heater and some other minor issues once we started camping in it. Curt (Clay’s brother) and his father were out taking care of it to make us happy. And they did! They give you personal family service and attention that you absolutely will NOT get at most dealerships. I recommend them to anyone that asks where we bought our park model from. All the best brands the BEST service and its family owned and operated. Why would you go anywhere else??"
