"We recently got luxury vinyl plank flooring installed in over half of our house, and new carpet on our stairs by touch of color, and had a wonderful experience! James walked around the sales floor with us, and helped us pick the flooring and carpet that we wanted. Robert finished the estimate and sales process with us and was so patient with all our questions. Everyone we worked with was fantastic! An employee even ran out a piece to our house that was accidentally missing that was needed to separate the new flooring in the bathroom from old flooring that we kept in a different room. The level of customer service we received was unprecedented. Not to mention our estimate with TOC was several thousand dollars below the estimate we got with Empire! The two men that came to remove the old flooring and install the new flooring worked absolutely nonstop for almost 10 hours straight. I mean literally non stop. We ordered them pizza for dinner, and I think they took a maximum of 5 minutes to eat it quick and got right back to work. Everything that was installed looks absolutely seamless and they meticulously cleaned up before they left. We could not be happier with our choice to use TOC for our new floors!"
