"I called here looking for a part for my dryer (the wrong part) he told me he didn’t think that was what I needed. He took my information called me back the same day and even came out to my house (in Ravenna) also the same day, he tested parts of my dryer and brought me the correct part! Both men were very helpful and honest. Not only did he save me a trip but also money on parts but he helped me get my dryer back together where I had taken it apart. Excellent service, very kind and more than reasonable pricing, I would definitely recommend them!"

"Best appliance place around with great deals! Mitch was great and super easy to work with. Sent him photos of exactly what I was looking for, even what I didn't want and he had a washer and dryer set in stock and ready to go. I drove down there to check the place out as well as other stuff they have and he offered delivery! They have so much stuff there for any home appliance needed. Something happened with a family emergency and couldn't deliver the first day (he did still offer to deliver that night but I personally didn't want him to have to deliver after store hours) However my time was very flexible and we moved the delivery date. He even threw in new hook up stuff for the inconvenience and still delivered our washer and dryer on the weekend. Great communication, hard working company and puts the best interest of the customer! 2 workers came out, took out our old washer & dryer as well as brought in the new washer and dryer. Will be back in the future for other home needs! Great customer service, family owned business!"
