"Had my floors put in on my mom's 75th birthday and we couldn't be happier. Our laundry room and what I'm calling our drying room floors were painted blue. They were just not appealing. As seen in the before and after photos. The new flooring brightens up the areas and adds life to the two rooms. Even our landlord is happy with it. Elijah Hicks and Mont Meckler answered all my questions and didn't mind me checking up on them. Even on a hot and humid day, they were great."

"We were excited to have Nature Stone come this past Wednesday to do our porch & front steps. By 9am, I called to see if it was still on. John told me that the guys would be there in an hour. They didn’t show till 10:35am They began to get supplies out etc when I was told that 2 “cracks” were in question and they wanted John, a site manager, to look at it first before proceeding. The cracks were visible and are super minor. The guys packed up & left…within an hour of being here!! John, nor anyone else NEVER CALLED ME. This past Friday afternoon, I called Jeffrey M, the salesman….no answer. I left a message…NO RETURN CALL EITHER!! I’m very glad that I didn’t give a deposit…this company is not worth it!!! Poor communication…and high prices. We’ll do the job ourselves since the materials are available. VERY DISSATISFIED"

"This is our second order of Nature Stone first sidewalk then padio and porch. It's beautiful and the Elijah, Zach and Adam did an excellent job. People comment on how great it looks so happy we did this."

"This COULD have been a great basement floor. The initial installers came on the install day and were at my house and gone within 8 hrs or so. We were told to stay off of the floor for 24hrs, so didn't get a good look until the next day. When we did we found at least 10 blaring issues. I reached out to them and they said they would come out and repair the issues. A different crew showed up to repair my issues and was then told the problems were more than they thought so they could not fix them that day, that the initial installers need to learn their lesson and come back to fix their mistakes.... not happy about that. After speaking to their office lady, she said they were going to send their "A" crew out instead. I took a 3rd day off of work for them to call around 9am saying they weren't coming due to scheduling issues. So the next Monday I took off my 4th day off work for them to show up a fix my problems. After they left there were still multiple issues that they had to come back a 5th time. After the 5th time back I just stopped trying to get a good quility floor. I talked to the new store manager, which informed me that he was hired to clean up the many problems within the company they were having. I asked if there was any way they could compensate me for missing 5 days of work, and he said he would talk to corporate, he returned my call and said that they would not do anything for me. If they would have offered a $500 discount I wouldn't be writing this long review. If you look at their website, they have a "Russell's promise", that's a joke! The floor comes with a 10 year warranty, that I hope I never have to use. The initial install was Oct. 31st, and last communication was Jan. 8th. Which should have been a 1 day project."

"Like & David did an amazing job installing our new floor. They very very professionally & gave us great tips on how to maintain the floor. The only negative comment I need to leave is in regards to the salesmen ‘Jeff’ He was nice & all but he gets a ZERO for being honest. He told us that we could walk on the floor & start putting furniture back out within a few hours of the installation. However, we learned that we couldn’t put anything back out Or walk on the service for 24-48hrs."
