They were very careful unloading and placing my new purchase in my house . They were friendly ! I liked the application that allowed me to track the delivery truck . "The driver Steven and the gentleman working with him were great! They did everything necessary not to scratch anything, were very respectful of our house, and were very polite. They were quick and thorough. Actually I removed the ceiling fan in our bedroom where our bed was going not thinking he needed light and he basically put the bed together in the dark. They were great, please take care of them they are hard workers and that is hard to find these days!"

"We just purchased a new refrigerator from the Johnstown PA store. The people at the store were friendly and helpful. Their prices are reasonable, and they have frequent sales. When we got the refrigerator, the handle and hinge were on the wrong sides. We were advised this would be fixed before it came, but it wasn't. Still, we were able to get a prompt service call to have this swapped. Even with this mishap, the refrigerator was in perfect condition. The biggest problem was that the delivery of the refrigerator and the service call were promised at one time, but were delayed by several hours. They sent a text message that had a link to the delivery/service tracking. I followed it carefully, and watched as the time went from 1 pm to almost 6 pm for the delivery. With that said, the delivery people and the service technician were highly capable, and were easily able to handle their respective tasks. Overall, Park Home stands behind their products, and if there are problems, they will do whatever it takes to remedy them. Rarely will you see a business that will do as much for you as Park Home."

"Julian from Johnstown location helped us out finding an amazing couch! It is so sturdy and in top condition. He helped us pick from many England brand fabrics to customize our couch AND pillows. Definitely worth It! We paid extra for protection as well since we have a newborn and two large dogs!"
