"They’re happy to take your money and send you parts, but when they don’t fit the brands listed….crickets. You need a return label, you get one through the Contact Us page. Except no one answers the phone number or returns messages submit through the page. And a 25% “restocking fee”, really? That’s nice when you sell parts that don’t fit the machines they say they fit. Beware."

"Ordered wire for dryer - Sent wrong part. Sent wire repair kit for Samsung Ice Maker instead of GE Dryer. Tried contacting for 3 days now. No response and no answer. I have no working dryer until their error gets corrected. Terrible customer service. This comment will be removed once I hear a response and the issue is taken care of. If it is still up, they never took care of the issue."
