"I ordered 2 brand new machines (161,000), one machine showed up hitting a bridge from the transport company. Remind you it took 7 months for these to come in. So after seeing my new excavator with a smashed cab, Chris the Manger was extremely rude, told me basically it is what it is. I told them I didn't want the machine, he said can't promise when you will get a new one. So he promised "we can replace the cab and it will be good as new if not better" 2 months later new cab comes in ( remind you I'm dead in the water waiting for the new machine and they didn't offer me a demo or anything) I show up to get the machine, glass is still all over the inside of the cab, the plastics inside are scratched to hell. I love the takeuchi brand but Anderson as a company is HORRIBLE to Deal with and I will NEVER buy a peice of equipment from them again. Save your time and buy somewhere else."
