"I broke down on a cold, windy evening and after getting nowhere trying to figure out why the car that was purring along just beautifully all day just up and shut off while I was driving, illuminating the "security" light or "immobilizer" light. There was no overheat, temp was normal. No idiot lights came on (engine, oil, battery, etc.--just one second purring right along and the next second kaput. I spent well over an hour looking things up on-line to see if there was anything I could do to no avail. I'm at a total loss as to what happened. So, I had to call for a tow. A passerby recommended Added Touch so that was my first call. The owner answered the phone, asked me a couple of quick questions, and said he'd be on his way. It couldn't possibly have been even a half hour since I called and there he was,...the owner rolling up in his tow truck! He exited the truck and greeted me while preparing the car for a wheel-lift tow. After the car was ready for towing we got in the tow truck and continued chatting. It was one of those times where you just feel like you've known someone all your life. Upon arrival at my house he placed the car exactly where it needed to be and put it back on the ground. He charged me a very fair and reasonable price for the tow and I had to breathe a sigh of relief because it's nothing for a tow driver to charge 200.00 plus for a 7 mile tow! I told him that he has definitely gained a new customer today because of how friendly, professional, and reasonable he was."
