"Asked if they were willing to replace something, told me to bring it in. Told me it has a 6 hour book time, still wouldn't give me an estimate. Called me and told me a ridiculous quote that turns out to be $115 an hour. I declined and when picking up my vehicle they tell me I owe them $40 just for looking at it. Never mentioned that and they quite clearly high balled me because they didn't want the work. I hope that $40 was worth this review."

"My exhaust had rusted out just past the CAT. I explained to the gentleman over the phone I wasn't looking for anything pricey or flashy. Just to have the exhaust fixed up as cheaply as possible. The owner had me come down. When I arrived the owner wasn't there but a shop mechanic was. We put the car up on the lift and determined that a 1.5 foot straight pipe would connect the CAT and remove the old resonator to join the rest of the exhaust. The mechanic said he could do it for $125. I looked at him shocked. I could get an entire new exhaust for pretty much that. The mechanic said his work is $100 per hr, then parts and taxes. After telling him sorry for wasting his time and mine, I opt'd to go else where. As I was taking the car off the lift, the mechanic then said "Fine, I'll do it for $50" What a crook. They used an off cut pipe they had laying around which fit perfectly, which is what I suggested for them to use originally. A couple of clamps and by this time his boss had come back. His boss did the welding which took all but maybe 2 mins. I don't mind paying for someones time/experience and parts. But to try and charge me for an off cut pipe in their scrap bin, 2 clamps and 2 mins of welding for $125, sorry that is the biggest scam out there. The only reason this experience wasn't rated as a 1 star was the fact they changed their mind and did it for $50."

"I recently had them do work for me. The owner Kostas is a very honest man! He let me check out underneath my vehicle and show me exactly what the problem was. He also has a great sense of humor, which is something I appreciate. He also has a fantastic mechanic named Sam. He is a very honest guy and I enjoyed talking with him. They do great work and are reasonable!! Really can't say enough good things about them. But I can also say I trust them and will be giving them all my business"
