"Absolutely flavorless maple sugar candy. When I contacted Nova, the person I spoke with was wholly unapologetic, implied there was something wrong with me, offered weak non-excuses, and acted like they were doing me a big favor, allowing me to return their wimpy product. To add insult to injury, I had to pay over $10 to return their inferior product because they wouldn't pay return shipping for a defective item. I have no interest in trying any of their other items. There are too many other manufacturers with far superior maple sugar candies, so buyer beware..."
"I was looking for maple seasoning/flavor to season my bacon. Nova's maple sugar did just that. I also got some of the maple cream to give it a try and it was a hit with the whole family. When I setup a time to pick the products up, Hailee was very prompt in responding. When I got there, the staff was hard at work making maple sugar and packing maple candies, but took the time to offer a look around and explained their processes for making theu sugar, syrup and cream. The staff is professional, kind and it is apparent they take great pride in what they do. I Highly recommend Nova Maple syrup for your maple fix!!!"
