"I called this place the day before to see if they could fix my car. I needed my shift cable and a misfiring piston done, I brought my car in 9:30 am from what the guy told me. I took it there dropped it off and waited till 12:00 to see what's going on no body answered so I waited till 2:30 called twice asked about the car and the guy was rude on the phone then told me that my car still was not in the shop yet. They called back about an hour and a half later telling me the price which was way over price from what it should be of 408 dollars and hung up. I went to the shop almost till close which is 5 pm and they didn't finish my car until 5:10 roughly. This place was unprofessional, dirty, and rude people generally and would not recommend personally. I waited all day just to get some easy work done that was way over priced."

"They replaced a wheel bearing and a week later the whole wheel flies off. All 5 lug bolts had snapped. We took the car to Pep Boys and was told the lugs were over-torqed which caused the lug bolts to snap. B&M didn't take responsibility and just charged to replace the lug studs. The car was old but serviceable before going to these guys."
