"Joe was very rude, on the phone and in person. The guys that did the delivery, weren't very knowledgeable...I found 3 dents in my refrigerator door, that weren't there at the time of purchase. I called Joe, he said he would get a $50 check out in the mail..that was 2 months ago. I've yet to receive it. Funny how you pay $1100 up front and he can't make it right, just tell you what he wants you to hear to make it sound good. I had to give him my address to send the check but you would think all that info would be in the computer by looking up my name at the time of purchase! I sent an email, again, because I will not call because he's rude on the phone. We shall see if I receive that check anytime soon."

"When told that I had to travel from our house near Ellicottville to Wellsville to get a propane ready dryer I was not pleased. But once I got there, bought the dryer and had them install it I now have my favorite appliance store. Joe the owner is wonderful and his delivery crew was quick, polite, and knowledgeable. Delivered within days and old one carted away with no additional charge. Well worth the drive."
