"Service and professionalism was excellent. My problem was they lost a plastic cover that fits over my battery in an Infinity Q50. I did not look under the hood until two days after the windshield was installed and it was missing. Evidently the tech didn't put in back on tight. When you came out to inspect you just blew me off with no responsibility to replace."
