We were able to send him pictures of the damage and let him know we had spare shingles. Fortunately the next day was warm and sunny. Paul came, as promised and made the repairs. He wasted no time and got right to work. The work site was clean when he left, his appearance and mannerisms were professional, and the cost was as quoted.
