"If I could rate this store a 10 out of 5, I would! The staff is phenomenal, greets with a smile and are very helpful. Not only does all of the staff go above and beyond but their managers Erin and Emily are the sweetest, most helpful and patient people I know! Long story short, my parka I had, accidentally got damaged right before leaving to go outside of the country and last minute Erin was able to hold parkas to ensure that I had a warm parka for my trip and to wear once I got back. I’ve never experienced such great customer service, help and kindness from any retail store before. They def deserve another promotion/raise for giving the best customer service and they made sure that everything fit perfect and that I was happy and content. They’re the best! I’ll def be going back and will continue to recommend their store solely because of their exceptional service and quality."

"I usually have great success at this location. Last year I had learned when making a warranty claim, North Face makes specific clothing just for the outlet stores. This visit, the selection was small. Hardly any winter coats and sizes were minimal. I also want to add, if your staff is sick, please send them home or wear a mask or work in the back away from customers. The cashier who cashed me out was clearly very sick. She wiped her runny nose on her hand then touched my clothing. I really wanted to say “gross”. I’m not sure why a mask wasn’t worn. Wasn’t impressed this time!"

"The sales was following me through the whole shopping time, until I was upset and told her stop do that. That looked like I was a thief. I found the answer when I saw this store's google review. I make sure they just target to Asian. They are the racialism. I can't believe I saw these discrimination has been going on several years."
