Creating Hope Spa

"Very disappointing first experience today. Took 2 teens and myself out for a spa day, to their thermal suite. The hot tub wasn't hot enough to use. The therapeutic massage shower had no hot water, could not be used. The light therapy capsule smelled very hot when my daughter used tried to use it. Although it seemed to be fixed later, my girls then were afraid to use it. I did use it but it smelled hot for the first 5 minutes or so. The employee was very apologetic and very nice. When I went to pay, the process was long because apparently the owner had the card reader off property. The employee had to figure out how to do it manually on their new system. Again the employee was very apologetic. I will not go back and would not recommend this spa to family and friends."
