"I have traveled and worked all over the US, and have in some way been in contact with a lot of CAT dealerships, branches. Cleveland Bros in Bridgeport, has to be the worst one I have ever dealt with. Some of the field guys are spot on but for the rest of the service department and parts department. Hell no! Absolutely awful! They don't care if you ever get your parts or service that you're paying for."

"Not a good place to take a Cummins engine. Don't do proper research on warranty. Overhauled the engine and 7000 miles later self destruction. Huge big bill and no help. Guess will need to hand them in. Never again even if broken down in west Virginia still would put a negative 5 star if possible all talk and lies to public to try and protect your name and no effort whatsoever to help. Won't answer phone have all the proof that you made major mistakes"

"Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Overhaul N14 Cummins reused my parts changed me 22,000 did even offer a warranty. Truck ran 7,000 miles and feel apart. They will not stand behind there work."
