"I always read reviews, but I am so happy I didn't read any of these before visiting Coffee & Tanning. As a fellow tanning salon owner, I like visiting other salons because it keeps us on our toes and I think it helps us to continue to grow in the industry. I loved how open it was at Coffee and Tanning. I loved that prices were so big on the wall and readily visible to the customers. My attendant was really nice, and she was very professional. I bought a new lotion, that we didn't have in our store and I am so happy I did, caused I loved it. I shared it at my store with my clients and then we ordered more of it. I had NO experience what so ever with bulbs being out, my bed was awesome. The next time I am in town on business, I will definitely stop in again. Thank you!! "

"Terrible service and terrible management. Had a month package and went in to use the beds and was told they were all under maintenance. They said they would be back up in 2 weeks. It’s now been 2 months. asked for some sort of reimbursement such as a refund or time added for when the beds were down. They give you nothing but excuses and even the employees say that it is impossible because the management jack offs."

"I love the bed but the staff is horrible. There’s one lady there that’s always so nice but when I called to see what time the beds closed they told me 11 when there’s a sign on the wall clearly stating midnight. I called last night to ask ahead of time before driving ALL the way there. They said as long as I’m there by 11:45 I could tan. Got there at 29 after and the same guy I spoke to on the phone had turned me and another girl away saying it was too late ?"
