"We opted out of maintaining the awnings on a house we bought that was maintained with Wheeling Canvas because of such POOR customer service. It took two months, 5 phone calls and 6 emails to finally get a price on new awnings. With every phone call, it was the runaround. Was told once, it’s on my desk, just getting ready to send it to you, it will be given to the guys who take down the old one,They had no idea what we were talking about pertaining to an estimate. I don’t have your email was another excuse . ( she did) have it. Ask when the old would be taken down.....ANOTHER run around. Next week was told. No show. No call We call AGAIN and the ONE day of that past week that rained was surprisingly the day they had planned on coming. The ONLY thing this company did on time was send a bill for 133.00 to take down the old awning leaving behind rusted, old brackets that left the porch looking horrible. We called a great construction company who replaced all the soffit and it now looks awesome without the headache of dealing with Wheeling Canvas."

"Customer service is NASTY, she was rude, and inconsiderate to my elderly mother. When I called to discuss the bill she got an attitude with me. They were holding our awning hostage, and refusing to install without payment in advance. Which was never their policy prior. She offered to drop it off on our front porch and then it’ll be my problem. HORRIBLE COMPANY"
