"We bought thousands of dollars worth of Windows that were “guaranteed” for life . Of which we have in writing . After less that 2 years, several windows became cloudy. When we contacted them we were told that the company they got the windows from had closed so our warranty was void. We contracted with AJ Gray not the window company. They offered us new windows at cost ?!? BEWARE THEIR WARRANTY IS ONLY AS GOOD AS WHO THRY BUY PRODUCTS FROM! they profited off of us by selling us another companies warranty. So they have no gaurentee that holds them accountable for choosing substandard products . We were told they were top of the line windows we were misled . Don’t let this happen to you !"
