"Would NOT recommend going here whatsoever, unless you’re trying to get talked down to and belittled, the receptionist (Jennifer) is very lippy and shouldn’t be allowed to work with the public. I’ve had to have to company stop by more the once (due from their own mistakes) so I’m not sure why they call themselves one stop, more like 4 stops. I’m currently waiting on them to fix THEIR mistake yet again. (Jennifer) had the nerve to blame everyone but herself, shocker!!!!"

"Absolutely terrible experience and would never use again!! Bought flooring and asked if flooring was appropriate due to a special needs child in a wheelchair. I was guaranteed and told absolutely it would be fine. Flooring was installed and had a few spots that didn’t look right and had One Stop Flooring come and assess!! Was told it was installers fault, floor would need ripped up and could fix with old flooring and supplement with some new boxes! When finally contacted, was told something totally different and needed all new flooring that needed glued, for a cost of $5800!!! I asked, why when we were guaranteed by an employee that this would work!! We were told that they would get back to us!! Poor communication and no call back!! Finally, received a letter from the owner blaming the installer we used and he should have told us the flooring wouldn’t work!! Funny thing is, the flooring where we are having issues is not where the wheelchair and my son travel!! Nice excuse One Stop Flooring and thanks for nothing!! Will never use or recommend!!"

"Great place for carpeting. Very professional and quality work. We had our whole carpeted and they worked with us scheduling so that we could get rooms cleaned out and then put back together to do the next room. The owner is very attentive to all aspects of the job. The sales person was quite knowledgeable. The installers are very hard working, courteous and swept the carpet before leaving. We HIGHLY recommend One Stop Flooring of Dover."

"Awesome experience! They have large sections of the laminate planks (they have in stock) laid out on floor & walls. Excellent choices. Competitive prices. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Clean building. Received flooring within 2 weeks of ordering. Gentlemen who installed floor were clean, hardworking & friendly. They did not rush through the job. Our floor is beautiful!"
