"I was a member here for years and had 3 hours of service that I had already paid for upon electing not to renew my membership. Upon calling to schedule to use it, I was told I had to use it within 70 days of cancellation. No one told me this. I cancelled because I am an extremely busy working mother of three small children, and it didn’t make sense for me to continue to pay to accrue hours I barely had time to use. The manager told me there is “nothing they can do” to even credit a single service. So I wasted hundreds of dollars, after spending thousands as a member here for the many years I was. Highly disappointing, and bordering on scam-like."
