"We used Weirton rental for my brothers wedding this past weekend. They were 5 hours late to set up the tent. We knew they were going to be a little late but 5 hours was unacceptable as we couldn’t set up for the rest of the wedding until it was set up. Once they arrived, there were a couple of the employees that were extremely rude. We also used them to rent the chairs and table clothes. The chairs were fine, however the table clothes were stained. And I’m not talking little stains. We also paid to have sides put on the tent and they didn’t bring enough sides that evening so they said they would bring them first this in the morning. As of 9 am, they still weren’t there but did eventually show up. They may be ok for other events but I definitely would not recommend them for such an important event or if you’re on a time restraint."

"Weirton Rental is always my go to to rent anything from big equipment to bouncy houses for a party. They are always super helpful and always willing to help out!! Their customer service is absolutely incredible!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else to rent my equipment!!"

"After requesting cancellation of a Budget rental truck that was not the size I reserved more than a month prior to scheduled pick up, I asked Adam at Weirton Rental to cancel my reservation because I found a Penske truck in the appropriate size. He did not cancel my reservation, which I suspected would happen when he said, in a very annoyed tone, he would “do that when he got over to that computer.” Because Weirton Rental did not cancel my reservation as I specifically requested, I was subsequently charged a $75 no-show fee that I am now disputing on my credit card."

"If there were a zero or negative star option, I would have chosen it. Reserved a truck but when we got there to pick it up, no truck. Two other customers experienced the same while we were there. They never even tried to contact us."
