"Jeff does a great job to get your contract. However he frequently forgets discussions about decisions made on the project. Takes advantage of a lenient schedule, then stops responding to messages or phone calls to finish the jobs he starts. We contracted with Jeff on May 31st, still waiting for him to finish and it’s now September 29th. In messages exchanged he confirmed he would arrive multiple times but never showed up. This company just doesn’t seem reliable."
