"I have gotten my hair done by Maddie multiple times and she is so beyond talented. She goes above and beyond to work with my schedule and absolutely nails every inspo picture I send her! Not only is she amazing, but while getting my hair done the other stylists in the salon are so kind and also spend time talking with me as well. It is such a welcoming environment and I would recommend it to anyone who is in search of somewhere to relax and pamper themselves."

"I told Maddie that I appreciated her offering to fix my hair but none of the times would have worked and honestly I was not too thrilled to have to go back in anyway. I’m a new mom with nobody to watch my baby so it was a very special thing for me to go out and to get my hair done. Maddie was very nice but I left the studio with red dye stained all over my face, neck and ears. I’m no stranger to red hair color so I understand staining is normal around the hairline and ears but I have never had color on my cheeks, all across my forehead and down my neck before. Not only that but I had wet hair color on my scalp in the back right section and was told that I needed to wash that out when I asked my hair stylist friend. She had thinned out my ends like I asked but never brushed through them before I left(her next client was there so she rushed me out) so I had hair literally just falling out my entire 25 minute car ride home until I was able to brush it out myself. There were several patches of hair that was completely missed with color. Instead of checking on my color and cleaning up my face, she was making Instagram reels of her cleaning the studio. It just seemed a bit unprofessional and I’m not interested in going back to Maddie. Also, you can clearly see in the after photo she posted on her story all of the hair that needed brushed out and how the color wasn’t the best."

Being in college Maddie was so flexible with appointments as my schedule changes. They are all willing to go above and beyond to make sure their clients are happy. I have brought many friends & family to Fixx to get hair, nails, or lashes done, and I will continue to recommend!"

I’ve only met a few of the stylists, but from what I can tell they are so nice. I see Maddie regularly and she is beyond talented and one of the nicest people you could ever meet!
