"TO THE TRUCK DRIVERS THAT SPEED DOWN EASTWOOD HILL NOT ONLY DO YOU LEAVE CONCRETE AT THE LIGHTS WHEN YOU TAKE OFF AND IT DRIES MESSING THE INTERSECTIONS UP AT SIX CORNERS ON EASTWOOD AND 91 AND EASTWOOD BUT BEFORE THE SUN CAME UP THIS FEB. 27 2023 THERE WAS A WRECK ON EASTWOOD HILL THAT YOUR TRUCKS ARE SUPPOSE TO GO THE SPEED LIMIT OF 25 BECAUSE OF HIDDEN DRIVE, AROUND 5:30 AM A LIBERTY TRUCK WAS SPEEDING AND THE WOMAN FROM THE ACCIDENT WAS DAZED AND STANDING IN THE STREET, TRUCK DRIVER CROSSED THE DOUBLE YELLOW LINE TO KEEP FROM HITTING THIS WOMAN. SLOW DOWN AND DO THE SPEED LIMIT !!!!!! YOU DON'T DESERVE THE STAR. UPDATE.........ALMOST A YEAR (JANUARY 2024 ) HAS PASSED AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED BUT MORE CONCRETE AND MORE TRUCKS SPILLING WHEN THEY STOP AND FLYING DOWN THE ROADS"

"Tried to order a yard of concrete. First guy I talked to was pretty rude. Second guy was ok and said they were "10 days out" and he expected that to be the end of the call. I asked if I could set something up. He took my number and said he'd call after they were finished loading trucks. Understandable. No call. Called the next day. A nice guy answered the phone and said they had something for Monday, and this was Thursday. Said to call back on Monday around 10 to confirm and pay. Did that and gave my card info and address. Appointment was for 1pm. Got a call at 12:56 saying they weren't able to get me in and that they haven't ran my credit card yet which means my card info is on a desk somewhere, I guess. I thought it'd be the next day. I understand stuff comes up. He said they were 10 days out. I'm literally 5 minutes away from the shop and had an appointment. He said to call back on a day it's raining so they have cancellations on the bigger pours. It's been a month now and I called back to set something up. 2 weeks out, surprise. Asked what happened to my credit card info that wasn't ran yet and he said they shredded it. I would hope they don't treat their other customers like this. They'd be making an extra $100 off of me for a short load so that's not a bad deal for them. Not sure how their scheduling works but it seems like they need some help with it if this is how it is. Too bad they're the cheaper ones on the short load charge. I would have gladly paid the extra $50 for one of the other companies but I thought it'd be a good experience since they were so close. Wish I would have used someone else so this job would have been done already. Good luck to you if you choose them. Edit; Forgot to update my review. Would still never use this company but I wanted to share the company I used and had a very good experience with. Mack Concrete was awesome to deal with. I've never done any concrete large enough to use a truck and I'm sure it was obvious. From the initial phone call to the delivery, which was actually 10 minutes early on the day I scheduled it, was pleasant. The driver, Jim C, was hilarious and helpful. Would definitely recommend them even though they were about $50 more because of the hassle it saved me. Will definitely be using Mack next time as well."

"Dominic at Liberty told me to be me more aware of my surroundings One of there concrete trucks dropped debri on 77 north the debri struck my windshield shattered the windshieldni contacted the which was very rude and told me to make a ploice report i did they dienied it and told to me to be more aware of my surroundings i will update as this continues"

"Called to order some concrete and a Frank answered who didn't take down my info and asked i call back to confirm but said i was good. Found it strange now that I've ordered from other places that have processed my order more organized. Confirmed Saturday was told all is good. Monday rolls in and i call to process Cc payment and a Shawn answers who was clueless about my concrete order for 2pm. He manages to get a truck out at 4:15 which turns out to be short concrete when i ordered almost a yard extra. In business many years and never been short. Then the driver mike which was great reluctantly gets more but shawn still applied every fee he can think of and even $100.00 for his being late but ledt with no choice to save my work. THESE GUYS ARE SLEAZY AND WILL NOT REUSE. NOT EVEN THE BUSINESS COURTESY TO RETURN CALL OR TEXT."
