"I was building a prototype of a wood product and Jeff gave scraps to work with plus we had a good discussion about my project. On my second visit, Jeff gave me the name and contact person for a softwood lumber mill more suitable for my needs. Excellent attitude and customer service."

"We are having our 2.5 acres of trees clearcut to put in a fruit orchard and to prevent further property damage from falling trees. We requested quotes from a couple different loggers but got sold on selling directly to the mill so you get better than stumpage rate. We had a logger with a good quote all set but we're waiting for bids from 2 sawmills. The first said they have too many big properties so they were not really interested. Mitchelltree Brothers came out with a bid 11k over the logger rate bids and since it was direct to the mill it made sense to us. He said he already walked the property and the removal and staging plan worked for him. We shook hands on the bid and waited 2 days for him to come with the deposit and contract. In the mean time we let the logger know that we really had to go with the last offer. When he showed up with the contract he said he needed to walk the property again to be sure I thought a handshake meant you were sure but not to this business. He spent about 20 or 30 minutes cruising our trees again and said he thought it was 6 acres not 2 and that he couldn't even meet the logger rate. Our boundaries are clearly marked we offered to walk the property with him. He can't tell 2 acres from 6. He wasted our time and now we have to go crawling back on our hands and knees and hope the other logger can get to us before end of summer"
