"I'm a regular. I always see Nicole, and I can't pass a chance to reiterate what a rockstar she is. Truly excellent skill and a wonderful person. Unfortunately she wasn't there today, but I really needed a cut so I selected a different stylist. When I checked in at the store, the board said my wait would be 46 minutes. So I went next door and got lunch. I came back 40 minutes later -- having never received any text notification that anything had changed -- and when I walked in, the board said my wait was now 51 minutes. I think someone needs to teach the computer some basic math. I did not stay. I had other things to do today. And this is the second time this sort of thing has happened. My last haircut, I checked in online, selected Nicole, and went to the store. I got there only to find that my reservation was not on the board and I had to wait much longer. I think I also then went next door and came back to find my wait time not significantly reduced. What is the point of an advance check-in system that does not tell me, accurately, how long my wait time is, or one that fails to record online reservations? This is not a good look for you, SC. Right now, my rapport with one of your employees is the only thing saving you in my book."

"I got my hair cut today by Mackenzie. I must say out of all the times I’ve been to a Sports Clips, this was by far the best experience I’ve had. The shampoo massage was awesome and the shoulder massage was around 5 mins long(every other person does it for maybe 20 seconds if you’re lucky). I highly recommend seeing Mackenzie on your next visit to the Austintown location. You wont be disappointed!!"
