"This is jeff sapps spray foam company HE has been in the business for 30+ years. This company was three rivers urethane and does the same quality work that it always has! There is another company out there,in the exact same area of truefoam going almost as they exact name that has only been in business for under 2 yrs now but claiming they have been in business MUCH longer! The other company is "woman owned" and ran out of their home,it has nothing to do with jeffs company! I give 5 stars because my attic is foamed and Jeff's company did awesome! I highly recommend truefoam (formerly three rivers urethane)"

"Although this review is way overdue, these guys foamed and coated the exterior of our shop 5 years ago and it has held up GREAT! Our annual gas bill is barely $1000 (holding 64 degrees), its like a giant igloo. Excellent customer service, my only regret is not doing it sooner."

"Well it appears I’m not the only person with a Jim issue. I called Jim a week prior to set an appointment that “Jim set”. He said send my name address and he would meet me at my residence at 9:30am. I texted Jim at 8:30am to be sure we were still good for the day of the appointment at 9:30am and he said he would be there in 5 minutes that we discussed 9am. I took a screenshot and replied that we actually agreed upon 9:30 and that I would be there early for him. He replied “ If you are not going to be here till 930 I am sorry. I cannot wait around I am very busy today”. Needless to say I was there within 5 minutes and he never showed up. Gave him a call and left a message with no answer or reply. I called back and went right to voicemail. So, I decided to give the business number a try. Guess who answered, yep Jim. He said there was a mix up because I had the same three digits in the beginning of my phone number as another client and that “I don’t usually mix up appointments or things like this”. Regardless if there was a mix up or not after waiting for 30 minutes for Jim to not show up you would think he would at least offer apologies or the very least call a potential client back. Wouldn’t use Jim or this company."
