"All I have to say is wow and awesome!! Sr and Jr are great team and really know what they are doing. Their quality is top notch and there were some hiccups in the way but didn’t phase them at all. They got everything covered and kept me informed. They had a plan and stuck to it. Handle everything in a professional matter. I can’t be happier with a new concrete floor in my garage and part of my driveway. Most important part is that I have working drains again!!! Highly recommend this company. "I wish there was a option to rate at "0 stars" seeing how this company never followed through and completed the work for me. I am very disappointed in Mike Mirenda and his company. He basically strung me along all summer promising to do the work but it never happened. If I would have known that this was going to play out this way I would have selected a different company! Now in the fall and I am not getting the driveway done. THIS IS VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE TO SAY THE LEAST. He was actually referred to me by someone I know at which the person told me that he does good work but you you "may have to stay on him to get it done." I wish I had listened! Her is the detailed timeline of the unfortunate events. I suggest staying away from this clown as his communication is horrible! Here is the timeline (yes i keep detailed notes): -This past April Mike and his son came out to my residence to give me an estimate on a new replacement driveway at which i accepted the terms of the quote and told him to put me on the schedule. Mike advised he had me on the schedule at which he can get to it by the end of June at which was fine. - As of June 27th I haven't heard anything from at which I reached out via email and he replied he would reach out by the end of the week with a date at which never heard anything back. - Heard nothing back as of July 8th at which reached out again via email stating that i was looking for an update and if he was not able to do it to please let me know so I could make other arrangements. He replied back stating that it would get scheduled at the end of August at which I said ok that's fine and to let me know if anything changes. - The first week of August comes around and I reach out to confirm that we were on track for the end of August at which he stated that we were and it would be first week in September at the latest at which I said ok that is fine. (still being patient) - Again weeks go by and don't hear anything from Mr. Mirenda - Second week in September I reached out to see what was going on at which I got a snippy message back like I was nagging him and basically told me I was on the back burner because they are on bigger job at this moment. He tells me that he will touch base on the next week which of course never happened. - Now we are at the end of September at which I called and left him a message stating that I really needed to know what was going on and specifically stated that I needed closure to this and he couldn't do the job then just tell me. He once again told me that they were finishing up a job that week and would be in contact the week after - OF COURSE the next week come and I hear nothing (shocker). I then sent him two messages at which I heard nothing back so after all this he basically ghosted me! Shame on me for letting this happen. I should have moved on to someone else but unfortunately I thought he would eventually do the work for me plus the fact by this time everyone is booked until next year. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE!!!!!!!!!!"
