"My carpeting looks great! I have received many compliments. The 3 people who installed it were fabulous. Clean-up was good. I was amazed at how perfectly my sculpted carpet was aligned across the stair nose and riser. The seams were invisible in the patterned carpet installed in the bedrooms and hallway. Thanks for the expert workmanship. Also, thank you, to Nick, my salesman. He was definitely more of an education, information person than a salesman. I was relieved at the lack of pressure and pleased that he had left information about me and my potential order. Everyone who I encountered was, prompt, pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. "Overall, I enjoyed the experience working with Marshall. I had all of my flooring in my condo replaced. I did work with another company as well but at the end of the day I decided to go with Marshalls. Because of the my final product selection; and the experience working with the Marshall team. I felt comfortable with Nate (an owner) who conduct the measurement; and addressed my questions. Working with Murray (sales) who was patient when I was looking at samples for 4 to 5 months; and also addressing my questions. My installation was split across two weeks for flooring then the carpet; and with two different crews. There were some unexpected issues which extended each installation by a day. Both crews were pleasant, professional, kept me informed, addressed my questions/concerns, and did a great job. The only disappointment was with the flooring crew who didn’t move and cover my couch and stationary bike when they started to ripping out the carpet. Note the amount of dust from the concrete unexpected. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch it in time since I was elsewhere. I shared my concern with Joyce (scheduler) and helping ensure I didn’t have same experience with the carpet crew. I had some very minor caulking miss; and it was not an issue for the flooring lead came back to fix. I love my new floors and carpet. They look great. I will be heading back to Marshall’s for an Area rug."

"I can’t begin to express what a wonderful experience it has been working with Marshall Carpet. Starting from our salesman Banner who was patient, helpful and knowledgeable.Not to forget the entire office staff was amazing. The ending,I had the best installers imaginable. Tony and Nick were truly perfectionist. When they arrived they noticed our open staircase and suggested binding along the edges. Within a short time they had a call out to Marshall Flooring to send Tom with the machine to bind the edges. It definitely made the staircase a complete finished look. I have been a customer of Marshall Carpet for 22 years and again and again I understand why I go nowhere else."
