"Ok so unfortunately I have to give this company a generous 2 star rating. First the lift was late. No phone call. I called to see where it was. Then I was told the truck had an issue and it will be there by 1:30. 2 pm rolls around and no lift. Then I call again and was told 30 min. Well the lift did finally show up at 3:30. I paid two guys that could have been some where else making me money that day for nothing. Then I requested a call from a supervisor to work out the bill. Instead they sent me a bill for $500 which is automatically billed to your CC how convenient. This isn’t how you treat a new customer at least I don’t anyway. Next time be honest with your customers"
