"Great job by Jose and crew! They cleaned up the mess a previous contractor left. The previous contractor spent 2 weeks creating a mess. Jose and crew had this beautiful pad done in just 3 days. Great work and I would highl recommend them."
"Multiple holes and imperfections in our driveway that is not even a year old. Company takes no responsibility for this defective work. I have never had this poor quality in my previous 3 driveways. Obvious poor concrete mixture. They are covered by vague contract language with the builder that they are not responsible for very obvious cosmetic imperfections. The largest one is about 4 inches long. And there are many more smaller ones that are not pictured. Additional information, this driveway was poured when it was cold outside in November. No expansion joints where they need to be. More and more issues of poor workmanship. We have had several experts look at it and the common conclusion is that they poured calcium into the cement mixture in powder form which created calcium balls instead of being diluted in water prior to being put into the concrete mix. The white spots all over our driveway will pop too. It's ridiculous that this is considered good work. Cosmetic, ahhh no, eventually all of these spots will connect and this driveway will be one big mess. Also interesting, this company doesn't even respond to these bad reviews. That would mean they would admit guilt!!!!"
"Same experience as Suzette. Driveway is less than 3 years old and have significant pop-outs and major blemishes. Owner came by to look and said it looks fine. Um, excuse me? If this was your driveway on a newly built house, would you be happy? Does anyone accept responsibility for their work anymore? It’s all about the money, forget quality. Also, driveway was poured in the rain. Hmmmm, think that had anything to do with it? This whole process has just been deflating, as builder is not taking any responsibility either. Had expert look at driveway, and produce report. Portion reads “…indicative of an elevated water-cement ratio…the surface integrity rapidly deteriorates.” The top of the driveway looks like it got riddled with bullets. I am beyond frustrated. Oh I forgot. The garage also slopes back in so no water can drain out."
"We can’t say enough about this company. They are amazing from start to finish, and they work together like no other. It’s hard to find a company like this nowadays. They are dependable, meticulous, and professional in every way. Our pool deck looks amazing, and Jose’s recommendation on the color and texture was perfect!! We can’t wait to have them back for our driveway :)"
"We have used Pacheco Cement on a few different occasions big and small for concrete jobs. They have an amazing crew that works quick and efficient and have always treated us fair. I would highly recommend them !"
