The teams were friendly and very fast (both the hard flooring and carpet were finished much quicker than the original time quotes). They installed carpet, luxury vinyl tile, and rubber mat flooring for a home gym space, and everything turned out fantastic! We are so very pleased with the outcome, as well as the service! "From start to finish this company was very professional. They came out the next day to give me an estimate for the hotel's laundry floor (which is a pretty decent size space), other vendors had turned down the job because of it. They accepted it with no hesitation and went above and beyond my expectations. As mentioned, we are a hotel who need the laundry room floor replaced so going in, I was very nervous about how long the process would take and how we would be able to operate laundry. Again, they went above and beyond and worked with us on a later start time and ensured the project would not take more than two days. Daniel was the installer, and he was amazing! He showed up at the time we agreed on and even let us finish the laundry we had still going at that time. There were a few items we were either unable to move or hadn't moved yet and he took care of all of that and went right to work. He accomplished so much within that first day. On his second and last day he was so nice and even let us get in there a few times to move the laundry around so we wouldn't get so behind. Overall great customer service from start to finish and will definitely be using this company again for any flooring projects we may have!"

"The entire staff at Floor Coverings International was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I stopped at their location in Stow to choose carpet from many nice options. They visited my home to measure and talk through the best choices for the areas I needed carpeted. The carpet came in pretty quickly after ordering. The installers did an excellent job - we had a large bedroom, hallway, living room, and curved stairway done. I am very impressed with the attention to detail with the install - it is PERFECT. I’m especially impressed with the stairs. They were very challenging but turned out great, beyond my expectations! I highly recommend this great team!"
