"I couldn’t be happier with my rental from Sunbelt. Me and my husband rented a 50’ towable man lift to hang our Christmas lights. Everything was going great until the lift stopped working. Of course I was up in the air still. LOL. My husband tried everything to get me down, but ended up getting a ladder up to me to climb down. We called in and explained what happened. They had a repairman out to fix it within 20 - 30 min. The repairman was very nice and went right to the problem. Apparently we had two o-rings go out on the valve body that went to the one outrigger. It’s good to know that the safety system worked and stopped me from using the equipment. Ryan Connell the rental specialist took care of us and did a great job. I can’t remember the repairman’s name, but he showed up in a green Sunbelt truck. He was very nice and professional also!! I would definitely recommend Sunbelt rentals to anyone."

"Rented a piece of equipment last week and originally had it rented for the week. My guys got here Wednesday morning to pick it up and they didn’t have it ready like they said. No big deal but it did cost me time. Then the machine broke down day 1 and caused me to lose almost that entire day. Lost money because I still had to pay my workers for the day. Had another small issue the next morning which caused me time. This rental cost me so much extra money in labor and turn to find out. After returning the machine 3 days early plus losing a day and a half that I had it they still charged me full price. Absolutely unacceptable and will never rent from here again. And I will ensure to tell everyone I know in the trades to do the same"

"Needed to rent a mini for a project at our house. The guys (Ryan, and the guys who worked outside) were very helpful and knowledgeable. Initially my husband got the trencher, but it wasn't working for the job we needed so they let him exchange it out for the mini. Helped us out multiple times. I would recommend this place to anyone! We will use them again for future needs!"
