"The mall at Robinson says that Cinnabon at 10:00, my daughter and I get there and the associate said they are not open until 11:00. When I asked her, she was very rude. I suggest getting the correct times since there were a lot of people there asking and she was very agitated."
"Friday, Nov. 13, 2020: I went to Cinnabon at Robinson Mall for first time. My experience could not have been nicer. A young brunette gal waited on me immediately. She filled my order and offered "sides" and was 100% cordial. The service and the server could not be better. I was not expecting "this" after reading previous reviews. Perhaps management corrected the problem? I am a happy customer and will certainly return."
