"Well I went there to visit.... Even tho it was 2:30 am. Now mind you I completed the program become alumni and it's like I wasn't even welcomed we were all supposed to be brothers and close as that's was my house for almost a year and got treated like I was nobody when I showed up..... What has this place come too it's really sad they want you to stay in contact but how can someone do that that don't feel welcomed"
"Hanging on the wall are photos of 57 men who completed the program and are now deceased due to a drug overdose….and I’m sure there have been many others as well. The kitchen is filthy and is roach infested, family is supposed to be the support for the recovering addicts but aren’t allowed to attend meetings on certain days nor do they allow you to sit by your loved ones they get x amount of dollars for Ebt each month for 95 men and are being served very small portions of food each day consisting of like chicken nuggets and other foods you would feed a child and no offense to anyone on here but there’s not one staff member in the whole facility that is certified to do the duties of where they are stationed I’m sorry for this rant but I had to get it off my chest I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this place and there is so much more I could say about this place but I’ll just leave this here for the moment and post updates as I go"
"I went to Parkersburg and graduated in February 2019 n I have remained sober. It will be 5 years in April. I would like to thank Robert Diddle, Jimbob dalton and Travis stringer. I appreciate the amount of love and support they gave us!!"
"I called today to get information about detox programs they may have available. The administration main line was answered by the rudest person I've ever encountered. One thing I can say after being on this merry go round is that rudeness is the backbone of each of these facilities. Each one will say I'm different, but they aren't. You get more flies with honey than vinegar."
"We were told to call to get check marks by my sons name so he could be moved up on the waiting list. The men answering the phones were so helpful and told us they had never seen such an overwhelming response for my son. My issue was never getting to talk to the gentlemen in charge named BJ. I called for 3 weeks and have yet to get a call from him. It's now been 2 months and still haven't gotten a return call. It was pretty obvious towards the end he was avoiding me. How professional is that? I just wanted to ask a few simple questions. Makes me wonder how this place is being run."
