"I’m writing this review based on my mother’s experience. On two separate occasions where my mother had appointments with him, Dr Ferrero spoke at length with prior patients and with my mother about his political beliefs, which neither I nor my mother share. Today, my mother had enough and simply left at the start of her appointment. She won’t be back. It is unacceptable and unprofessional to discuss politics and other potentially divisive topics in a private appointment with a captive audience. All service professionals should know this. It’s unfortunate that Dr Ferrero (as of today) does not."

Their commitment to professionalism and care of their patients are simply above reproach!
