"Lady at the massage place only using elbows, which was very uncomfortable and unpleasant and then they quote different prices and at the last minute change the prices worst part she DEMANDED the tips not requested and not ready to give my change back eventually keeping everything in the name of tips"
"Went yesterday with my husband. Asked for a foot massage and got body massage, I didn't complain about this bc it was good. The thing I am complaining about though is the expected tip the woman wanted. We don't mind tipping, as we always do, but when you demand a tip snd then laugh in our faces before we are even given a chance to leave a tip, I have a problem with. A tip is not expected nor guaranteed. Probably won't be back due to her attitude."
"Lot's of really cool stuff. Unique quality one of a kind item's. Prices are reasonable, this ain't Walmart. It's fun to check out their stuff."
"Not sure what the complaints are about. If you are well versed in massage, you should know what you are getting. People go here because it's less expensive than a traditional Swedish massage. Each culture does massage differently. Asian massage tends to be much deeper and includes the use of arms and elbows, not just hands. When I have deep muscle pain, I go here because I know they are going to reach the areas I need massaged. If I want a relaxing massage, I go to a regular massage therapist where I lay on a table, undressed, for an hour or more. For the money and convenience, this place is very good. As for adding an extra tip to a credit card - not true. Customers are charged a fee to use the card, period. This is actually a common practice at many businesses anymore. Some charge a flat fee, (like the $3) and some change a percentage (anywhere from 1.5% to 5%). Please don't accuse a person or business of dishonest practices just because you don't understand the policy- that's very unfair. The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 is because they never seem to have enough people working. And I would love if they had other services. But I go here at least once a month, and I always pay in cash so that I don't get charged a card fee."
"The massage was okay, but certainly not the best. It was actually quite painful and when I expressed that she told me not to rush her. It was difficult to communicate with them due to the language barrier. My one star rating is because, after I paid, I left a tip on my debit card. I have a discussion back and forth with the woman who works there. At first, I am not able to understand what she's saying. Then, I realize she is asking me to leave a larger tip for her because the owner doesn't pay his workers and she only is allowed to collect her tips. I left a few more dollars for her but was very skeptical of this situation. A few days go by and I saw on my bank statement that they, by themselves, actually took MORE money off my debit card. (I left a 10 dollar tip, they took 13) I looked on my receipt and it definitely includes taxes already. My advice, if you go here, pay in cash. Cash tip."
