"Extremely unreliable! I seldom write negative reviews but I feel strongly about the need to share my experiences with Heaven Of Hope. They are the most non-professional home care agency that I have ever encountered. Often their staff was a no-call, no -show! Tia the on-call coordinator never returns telephone calls or text messages! Heaven of Hope did not provide the contracted staffing coverage for over a week knowingly for a frail, elderly, totally dependent patient without any notification to the patient or family! Overall they have no regard for patient safety, wellbeing or continuity of care! Do not entrust the care of your loved ones with this agency!!!"
