Here to Help Wig Shop

"The shop is called Here to Help. Definitely not willing to help. My wife received a free wig due to chemo and so I called to get help fitting it, not cutting it. There's a lace that needs trimmed apparently. I was told they don't deal with anyone who doesn't go through their shop, then she doesn't often trim lace, then more excuses. She said she worked with a company to give free wigs, but never offered. After all that she said she wasn't trying to be rude, which she was, but she couldn't do anything. At that point, I said, "Okay, well thanks for the help." and hung up. She was not speaking at that time. I did not hang up on her. Who knows if she could or could not help because she wasn't willing to try. We were certainly willing to pay. Just sad. Go somewhere else where they're really here to help."

"This shop is wonderful and Christine is extremely helpful. I just purchased a topper from her and will probably go back for a 2nd one. It's so natural, blending with my own hair and so well made it actually looks like it's growing out of my scalp. My hair salon was so impressed, they would like to be able to provide her business cards to their clients in need. She has so many wigs and toppers, in so many colors and styles. Christine makes it such a fun experience. This is an awesome local wig shop."

"Wonderful experience with Christine! Many cuts and colors to try. It was my first experience with wigs and Christine was very helpful showing me what to do and giving me tips. My order was processed and received quickly with updates along the way. I wish I would have done this years ago!
