"The lab tech is probably the rudest St. Luke's employee with whom I've dealt. I have been seen by her in the past and she seemed cordial at best. No complaints in the past. However my most recent visit was so unpleasant that I left feeling down and like she did not care about me. She said she she had so many people to deal with being dismissive but there were only a total of 10 people in the waiting room, most of which were not waiting for lab. Very disappointing and I will not be back because of her."
